Bids will only be accepted by convention registrants for themselves, their registered convention guests, and members of their immediate families. Bids will be processed in the order they are received. Winner will be contacted by the Host Organization Committee on May 15, 2008.

All bids will be entered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one winner will be selected based on highest confirmed  bid. Bids received after the deadline of Thursday, 15 May 2008  may or may not be processed subject to availability.

If for any reason an event is cancelled by the LA2008 RI Host Organization Committee a full refund will be given.

Transportation details for host events can be found in the Program Book available in the 2008 RI Convention registration area beginning on Thursday, 12 June 2008.
